The Central Community College women's soccer team and Pratt (Kan.) Community College battled to a 1-1 tie on Saturday afternoon.

The Beavers logged the first goal 10 minutes into the contest when Laila Ortiz-Nolan scored an unassisted goal to make it 1-0 Pratt. The remainder of the half was scoreless. The Raiders scored 10 minutes into the second half when Mathilde Holm-Kristensen scored a goal off the assist of Elly Speicher to tie the score, 1-1. Just like the first half, the remainder of the half was scoreless and the 1-1 tie was the final score. CCC goalies Kaya Knapke and Thalia Tenney split time in the net.

The 3-5-1 Raiders return home on Wednesday to host Johnson County (Kan.) Community College at 2 p.m.
