The Central Community College women's basketball team lost to North Central Missouri College, 78-50, on Monday night at the Raider Fieldhouse.
The Tigers took the first quarter, 19-11, before building a 15-point lead in the second quarter. The Raiders trailed at halftime, 39-27. CCC was held to nine points in the third quarter as the Tigers rolled to the 28-point win.
"We came out and played a decent first half," said CCC head coach Billy Perkins. "We just couldn't come out in the second half and get things going."
Macey Thege scored 13 points to the lead the Raiders, while Bailey Lehr scored 11 points.
With the loss, CCC is 3-14 on the season.
The Raiders will return to action on Monday with a road venture to Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kan. The game is set for 5:30 p.m. and only those guests on the pass list will be admitted.
