Debi Pazzelli

Bio

Debi Pazzelli enters her first year at Central Community College as an assistant coach for Women’s Basketball in 2025-26.

A native of Elsie, NE, Debi attended High School at Perkins County where the C-2 team finish as undefeated State Champions  with a 24-0 record in 2008 and State Runners-up in 2007 with a 22-1.
Debi attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney (08-12), While playing she was RMAC Freshman of the Year, and 3-time All Conference(Soph, Jr, Senior) And finished Top 10 in UNK school history in scoring. The 08-09 team was qualified for the National Tournament! Debi graduated with a degree in Exercise Science/Health Science. After undergrad, Debi attended Concordia (NE) where she graduated with her MBA while being the graduate assistant for the 2013-2014 season and assistant coach for the 2014-2015 NAIA National Runner-up Team.

Debi and her husband, John Pazzelli, have two daughters.  She is excited to return to coaching at the collegiate level.
