Bio

Spenner comes to CCC after serving as an assistant coach at North Dakota-based University of Mary from 2021-2024. Prior to that, she was an English teacher and volleyball coach at Scotus Central Catholic High School in Columbus.

Serving as assistant coach in 2025, Spenner will transition into the head coaching position in 2026.

Spenner played collegiate volleyball at Wayne State College where she was a member of the 2015 team that reached the semifinals of the NCAA Division II National Volleyball Tournament. Spenner was inducted into the Wayne State College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024. A 2018 Wayne State graduate, Spenner earned a Bachelor of Science in English education. In 2022, she earned her master's degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

She and her husband, Josh, reside in Columbus with their daughter, Zaylee.
