After coaching at Platte College, Deb coached at the Division I level serving as Head Volleyball Coach at James Madison University from 1983 - 1986 and at the University of Virginia from 1986 - 1990.  She is currently the Athletic Director at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
