Five players scored in double figures to lead the Central Community College women's basketball team to a 78-73 win over Mount Marty JV at Raider Fieldhouse. The win is the first of head coach Billy Perkins' CCC career.

"The team did a good job working hard and fighting back every time Mount Marty took the lead," said Perkins. "The girls also did a great job on the boards."

Sophomore Maddy Wolfe scored a game-high 23 points, while Jada Warner finished with 14 points and Payton Blanke tallied 13 points. Jordyn Popple scored a dozen points and Lexie Bacon rounded out the double-digit scoring with 10 points.

The 1-0 Raiders will return to Raider Fieldhouse on Friday night to take on Concordia JV.
