Marc Ackerman and Charlie Orsler teamed up for two CCC goals in a 2-0 shutout of Pratt (Kan.) Community College on Saturday at Raider Field.
Ackerman scored the first goal in the 29th minute with Orsler on the assist to make it a 1-0 score. Ackerman and Orlser repeated the feat in the 66th minute for a 2-0 advantage. CCC goalie Rodolfo Ramirez ensured the shutout with six saves.
The win is the second straight for the Raiders and give them a mark of 8-6-2.
The Raiders are off until Saturday when they venture to Pratt (Kan.) Community College for a rematch with the Beavers. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m.
