The Central Community College men's soccer team lost to Northeastern Junior College, 2-0, on Friday in Sterling, Colo.
The Plainsmen's first goal came in the 36th minute as Jean Carre found the back of the net off the assist of Gaetan Garcia to make it 1-0. There was no other scoring in the first half.
Northeastern's second goal occurred 10 minutes in to the second half as Maurice Von Winkler teamed up with Carlos Morales to extend the lead to 2-0, which turned out to be the final score.
CCC netminder Kevin Toldeo tallied eight saves, while Plainsmen goalie Luc Denisselle finished with three saves.
The loss gives the Raiders a 5-4 mark on the season.
