Danica Schaefer

Assistant Softball Coach

Danica Schaefer returns to Central Community College in 2022 as a first-year assistant coach.

Schaefer had a standout career for the Raiders from 2016 to 2018 which was capped off by earning NJCAA Division II All-American honors. Along the way, she was named All-Region 9, Academic All-Region 9, Region-9 Offensive player of the year and 2^nd team NJCAA Academic All-American.

After CCC, Schaefer graduated from Wayne State College with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. In May, she will earn a master’s degree in organizational management in sports and recreation, also from Wayne State College.
