2016 Raider Camps

2016 CCC-Columbus Raider Sports Camps and Application

Before sending in your application:

  • Print and fill out the application
  • Have parents or guardians sign the permission slip
  • Use grade entering in 2016-17 school year          


Insurance and Health Care:

 All participants should be covered by personal medical insurance.  Each camper is asked to supply the company name, address, policy number and the name of the policy owner.  This information should be listed on the application.
