Women’s Soccer: Raiders Sign Two Players

Central Community College women's soccer is pleased to announce the signing of two players.

The first is Elly Speicher (left), a senior at Waverly High School.

Speicher has scored four goals and dished out two assists during her three years with the Vikings.

"I am really excited about Elly signing," said CCC head coach Jamie Bennett. "She's a really attacking-minded player with great vision. Elly will bring a new dynamic look to our midfield."

Speicher will be an academic transfer at CCC. She is the daughter of Chad and Kendra Speicher of Waverly.

The second player is Heidi-May Beale (right) from Atherstone, England.

Beale currently plays center-back for Solihull Moors Development and attended Queen Elizabeth Academy.

"I am very excited about signing with CCC," said Beale. "I think it's going to be an amazing experience. It's going to help me grow, not only as a football player, but also as a person. I can't wait."

Beale is an undecided major. She is the daughter of Darren and Maria Beale of Atherstone, England.

"I am excited to have Heidi join the Raider family," said Bennett. "Heidi is very calm on the ball and has a great soccer IQ. At the same time, she also brings a toughness to the backline."
