Central Community College is pleased to announce the signings of Madilyn Ayres and Laura Jovanovic.

Ayres (left) is a senior at North Platte High School, where she also participated in basketball and volleyball.

"I am excited to sign with CCC to join the returning girls and see where we can take this program," said Ayres. "I believe they had a good first year and I want to be part of making this program one of the best."

Ayres will be an academic transfer at CCC. She is the daughter of James and Angie Ayres of North Platte.

Jovanovic (right) attends Thomas Mann Gymnasium (High School) in Munich, Germany, where she helped lead the team to a 5-4-2 record this past season.

"I am really looking forward to a great time at CCC," said Jovanovic. "I had the best feeling about CCC over other colleges, mostly because of Coach (Jamie) Bennett's welcoming atmosphere. CCC persuades me the most because of the subjects offered and the soccer program."

Jovanovic will be a criminal justice major at CCC. She is the daughter of Josip and Silvia Jovanovic of Munich.
