The Central Community College women's basketball team snapped a five-game losing streak with an 85-63 win over the Hastings College JV on Thursday night at the Raider Fieldhouse.

The Raiders trailed 42-41 at halftime before clamping down on defense in the third quarter, outscoring the Broncos, 16-5. CCC also had a great showing in the fourth period, with a 28-16 advantage.

Sylvia Valentino led the Raiders wtih 21 points while Nikie Nelson totaled 20 points. Emily Hebenstreit scored 16 points off the bench.
