Central Community College women's basketball is pleased to announce the signing of Jenna Schwanebeck, a 2020 graduate of Hyannis High School.

Schwanebeck averaged 12.9 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.7 rebounds per game as a senior.

"I have always wanted to play basketball at the college level, but I never really believed that I could ever do it," said Schwanebeck. "I couldn't be more grateful for this amazing opportunity."

Schwanebeck earned All-State Honorable Mention and North Platte Telegraph All-Area Honorable Mention honors as a junior.

"Jenna will be a great asset to our program," said CCC head coach Billy Perkins. "She is going to help us be quicker on the floor, both on offense and defense. She also runs the floor well."

Schwanebeck will major in nursing at CCC. She is the daughter of Derek and Lesa Schwanebeck.
