Central Community College women's basketball is pleased to announce the signing of Nyamiri Blair, a graduate of Burke High School in Omaha.

"I am blessed to have this opportunity to play basketball at Central Community College," said Blair. "I thank my family and friends for helping me throughout this journey."

A post player for the Bulldogs, Blair also participated in volleyball and track and field.

"Nyamiri is a good athlete that can spread the floor," said CCC head coach Billy Perkins. "She can dribble drive and shoots the ball well. I believe that Nyamiri has huge potential with the style we play."

Blair will be an academic transfer at CCC. She is the daughter of Melvin and Miriam Blair of Omaha.
