Golf: Raiders Fall Short to Southeast in Duel

The Central Community College golf team took on Southeast Community College in a dual at the Elks Country Club on Tuesday.

Southeast came out on top with a team score of even par, 289. The individual winner was Prestin Viali, who carded a 69. CCC's low golfer was Spencer Knispel with a 76.

"Our team did not bring our best today," said CCC head coach Sam Elgert. "This was a lot of our kids' first college tournament and we now know what we need to work on going forward. Southeast shot a phenomenal 289 and earned it today."

Raider golf is back in action on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at the Tatanka Invitational.
