Central Community College men's golf is pleased to announce the signing of Brett Downing, a senior at Sandhills Public School.

Downing was a Mid-Nebraska Activities Conference medalist as a freshman and sophomore. He also earned All-State All-Academic honors as a sophomore. Downing also played basketball for the Knights and earned All-State All-Academic honors in 2019.

"We are really excited to have Brett join our golf family," said CCC head coach Warren Kuhl. "His love for and dedication to improving will help us grow and be very competitive."

Downing will be an academic transfer major at CCC. He is the son of Tim (left) and Bonnie (right) Downing of Dunning.
