
The CCC Men's Basketball team got their fourth win of the season last night in Columbus when the Raiders defeated Northeast Community College 92-73.
In the first half, CCC played with Northeast pretty evenly despite shooting 28% from the field. By the end of the first, the score was 42-42 Raiders. As the second half got underway, you could see CCC brought a different energy out of the locker room, running it up on Northeast, extending the lead to 15-20 within the first 7 minutes of the second half. Raiders were able to maintain that lead an hold Northeast at bay, winning the game 92-73. Team-high in points, off the bench, was Ethan Wiley with 19. Kazadi Mukoma Jr. led with 13 rebounds and Kamron Kasischke with 4 assists himself. Frank Keller was also able to add a 13 point 10 rebound double-double.
The CCC Men's Basketball team is now 4-3 and are back in action Nov. 22nd at NIACC.
