The Central Community College men's basketball team lost at North Platte Community College, 89-61, on Tuesday night.

The Raiders held a slim 34-33 lead at halftime before the Knights outscored CCC, 56-27, in the second half to post the 28-point victory.

"Even when we had the lead, I didn't feel like we had very much flow offensively, and we let their best players be way too comfortable on the other end of the floor," said CCC head coach John Ritzdorf. "North Platte was the tougher team and we didn't respond when they went on their run late in the game."

Blake Daberkow topped CCC in scoring with 19 points while Aidan Graham scored 13 points off the bench.

The 14-9 Raiders are off until Tuesday when they travel to Norfolk to take on the Northeast Hawks. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
