
The Central Community College shotgun sports traveled to Beatrice for the Bobcat Invitational, hosted by Southeast Community College. CCC was able to secure third place HOA in the two year college division and finished sixth overall among the 11 competing schools. CCC's performance in the two year college trap event was particularly notable as the Raiders clinched second place with a score of 482/500. Nick Brodsky and Schyler Schwisow led the scoring charge with identical scores of 98. Bryce Schuster posted a 97, Dalton Sinsel finished with a 96 and Austin Holtzen rounded out the scoring with a 93.
Brodsky also excelled individually, securing second place male skeet in the two year colleges division. Schwisow shined as well, taking first place female trap in the two year college division.
"This was our last shoot for the fall season," said CCC head coach Michael Saint. "Shotgun sports will start practicing again in February and pick up our spring season in March."
