Central Community College Volleyball is partnering with the CCC chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Sammy's Superheroes to turn Raider Fieldhouse gold. On Wednesday, October 12, at 6 p.m., the Raiders will host North Platte Community College and gold t-shirts will be sold and donations taken with all proceeds being donated to Sammy's Superheroes, a non-profit organization inspired by a Columubs youth fighting neuroblastoma. The money raised will help fund research projects to help treat all types of childhood cancer nationwide. Anyone wearing a Sammy's Superheros t-shirt will also receive free admission and a free bag of popcorn.
T-shirts will be sold at the game and orders can be placed on Monday, October 10, in the student center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. T-shirts can also be ordered online at www.sammyssuperheroes.org.
