Central Community College sophomore Teisha Snyder logged a double-double in leading the Raiders to a 75-60 win over Hastings JV. Snyder scored 24 points and hauled in 13 rebounds.

"Teisha had a great game. She had been sick all week, but she fought through," said CCC head coach Mike Kroupa, who also mentioned Snyder's seven assists as a key to the win. "She has scored great, but she has also distributed the ball too."

Snyder was joined in double-digit scoring by Keyia Parker, who finished with 20 points.

CCC's defense also played a prominent role as it held Hastings JV to 29 percent field goal shooting and forced 16 turnovers.

 With the win, the Raiders go to 4-4 on the season and will next play on Friday at McCook Community College. CCC defeated the Indians on Nov. 22 by a final score of 83-75 at Raider Fieldhouse. Friday's tipoff in McCook is set for 5:30 p.m.
