The Central Community College Soccer team closed out the 2016 season with a 1-0 loss to Laramie County Community College in quarterfinal action of the Region IX Tournament.
Raiders net minder Adrian Ramos had a busy afternoon, recording 15 saves. Seven saves were recorded in the first half as neither team was able to score. The Golden Eagles scored in the 58th minute when Rafael Munoz scored an unassisted goal. The Raiders struggled with scoring opportunities as they recorded only one shot on goal.
The Raiders finish the 2016 season with a record of 5-13.
