Golf: Northeast Triangular Results

The Central Community College golf team placed third in a windy and rainy triangular hosted by Northeast Community College on Monday.

The hometown Hawks took first place followed by Southeast Community College and CCC.

Carter Luedtke, who tied for sixth place with an 81, led the Raiders. Ethan Paben (pictured) finished in ninth place with an 86.

"Carter could have easily place in the top three, but a couple of holes really had a negative impact on his score due to triple bogies," said CCC head coach Britt Blackwell. "The team continues to show improvement during practice rounds and should be ready to compete for the region championship next week at York Country Club."

CCC will close the regular season on Tuesday with a home dual against Doane JV. Tee time is set for 1 p.m. at Elks Country Club.
