The Central Community College men's basketball team lost at Iowa Western Community College on Tuesday night, 93-57.
The contest was close throughout much of the first half. With about five minutes to play, CCC's Manape Cleveland sank a three pointer to bring the Raiders to within three of the Reivers, 26-26. However, IWCC rattled off a 13-3 run to take a 39-27 lead into halftime. In the second half, Iowa Western never let up and led by as many as 39 points.
Tre'vion Crawford led the Raiders in scoring with 20 points.
CCC is now 6-16 on the season with the loss.
The Raiders return to action on Friday night with a home game against North Platte Community College. NPCC defeated last month, 74-59, in North Platte. Tip-off on Friday night is set for 7:30 p.m.
